At Ubuntu Clinic, we believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, affirming, and high-quality care—regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
While we continue working toward certification with Medi-Cal and LA Care, we recognize that our community’s health can’t wait. That’s why we’re launching our Access to Care Campaign, running from November through February.
During this campaign, we’ll be offering same-day and walk-in appointments for just $80 flat fee, covering services such as:
- Work and school physicals
- STI screening and treatment
- Gender-affirming care consults
- Mental health assessments
- Second-opinion consultations
We’ll also continue to honor our Anti-Oppression Sliding Scale for community members who are unable to pay the full fee.
Our goal is to remove barriers and meet people where they are—whether that means providing a safe space for walk-ins, or partnering with local organizations and health fairs to expand outreach. You’ll see us in the community, at neighborhood events, and online as we grow our presence in ways that respect privacy and dignity.
Access to care isn’t a privilege, it’s a right. Ubuntu Clinic will continue to fight back against a colonized for-profit healthcare system.
